No extra guest because of COVID guidelines. You must wear a mask at all times. Hair must be washed, blow-dried, and oil free. Oils can impede achieving certain styles. Your free to BRING your own moisturizers. If you would like to use a leave-in conditioner after washing, please make sure it’s a more water based leave-in. Ladies, if your hair is not blow-dried there’s an extra fee of $15 no exceptions this adds extra time to the service
1. Karla's Beauty Lounge does not install previously cut wefts, or hair that has been damaged by a previous stylist. Or there will be an additional charge or $25
2. Deposits are Non-Refundable. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment, please notify Karla's Beauty Lounge 24-48 hours in advance and your deposit will be credited to your next service.
3. CASH ONLY! Karla's Beauty Lounge has a strict cash or Zelle policy. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
4. If your hair is taken down, please bring used extensions clean and free of any thread and ready to install. If not there will be an additional charge
5. Please adhere to the time scheduled, there is a 15 minute grace period as a courtesy.
. If ordering a Lace wig Please be advised PROCESSING TIME TO SHIP THE LACE WIG IS 3 to 5 business days.. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE US OR APO, THAT IS AN EXTRA 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS
HAIR REQUIREMENTS
DROP OFFS Your Lace Wig, Lace closure, Lace frontal, and or Hair that need to be colored must be dropped off 3 DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT to get prepped ahead of time. Please have hair in a package with your NAME & APPOINTMENT DATE labeled. If your name is not on it, i am not responsible for your wig for i don’t know who it belongs to. Failure to drop off results in a $35 charge.

WHEN TO DROP OFF? 3 DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT. Come between 10am - 6pm. Drop offs can be done Tues-Fri. I will not be in the shop Sat, Sun, & Mon but you can still drop it off let me know so we can plan accordingly. ON SUNDAY, ENTIRE SALON IS CLOSED!
WHERE TO DROP OFF? Make sure to write your name inside your wig (in CLEAR handwriting) using a black sharpie. Do so, inside the cap part of the wig or on the front lace part. When done, you may leave your package on my station with your name/appointment date written on it. Thanks
MAKE SURE You have the correct kind of hair or you will not be serviced. Lace hairlines that are too thick or are grey and dark will not be used. Laces that have color all over will be turned away!
Make sure your hair is FRESHLY washed (as in, the day before), blow-dried straight and detangled and ready to braid when you arrive to your appointment. PLEASE NO OIL ON THE HAIR OR THE SCALP IF YOU WOULD LIKE PLEASE LET ME KNOE BEFORE THE INTALL AND I WILL APPLY. If you need your hair shampooed please all that to your service. (Otherwise, I have the right to deny service!)

Due to the nature of Karla Beauty Lounge products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS
We only give an exchange if it’s an error on our end. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION TO AVOID ANY SCHEDULING MISHAPS.

All units are shipped through USPS or FEDEX
All units have processing times under the product in the description. That time stated is the time your order will ship.
All orders come with signature confirmation.
When your order is shipped the tracking will be under your PayPal Account or under your PayPal email.
Orders shipped outside the United Stated are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves the United States we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.
